The Lee's Summit R-7 Aquatic Center is piloting an Adult Swim Training program similar to Master swimming. This program is designed to provide training for new and avid swimmers, alternative/auxiliary training for runners, triathletes, and cyclists, etc. This program is available to all swimmers 18 years of age and older, with prerequisites of prior knowledge to perform freestyle and backstroke for 50 yards. Adult Swim training focuses on perfecting strokes, refining turns, and develop speed/balance, distance, and endurance. We welcome individuals who want to improve skills and looking for an alternative training opportunity.
